5. Anti-Cheat Policy

We take fair play seriously. Trackle implements anti-cheat measures including:

• Detecting rapid consecutive guesses
• Monitoring for suspicious activity

Consequences for cheating:

• First offense: Warning and score reset
• Repeat offenses: Account suspension or permanent ban

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Trackle (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Trackle and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Taylor Swift Content

All Taylor Swift song titles, lyrics, and related content are the property of their respective copyright holders. Trackle is a fan-made game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Taylor Swift or her representatives.

6.3 Fair Use

Trackle uses song titles and factual information under fair use principles for educational and entertainment purposes. We do not host, distribute, or provide access to copyrighted music files.

6.4 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., display names). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as part of the Service.
